This week we’re pleased to bring you the first in a new series dedicated to highlighting our homegrown local DJs and artists, from LonDoN to MANchester, to the UK at large!
Kicking us off we have an exclusive mix from Rupert Worthington, resident DJ and co-promoter of Dalston house and techno party Make Me. Taking a similar approach to ourselves, Make Me aims to showcase both the best international DJs and up and coming talent, with bookings such as Lee Curtiss (Wolf+Lamb/Spectral) and Pablo Cahn-Speyer (Cadenza). We’ve had the pleasure of playing at Make Me a number of times and the atmosphere has always been electric!
Playing at his own night monthly, as well guest sets around London, Rupert’s sound is cerebral, groove led, full of depth, and definitely WEPLAYMUSIC’s cup of tea.
